This submission proposes a mobile app that reduces inequality caused by homelessness by encouraging donations and providing information to the homeless. Users can choose to ‘pay’ selected homeless people, charities, or to automate ‘donations’ to individuals at random. The money generated in this app can only be spent at certain shops, services, shelters or charities.
