We face an issue of food waste, especially during the Covid crisis, where we witness overstocking of food and the result of this leads to the pressure of landfill. How can we solve this issue? Hoyan Ip has created a selection of buttons from the off-cuts of food collected both domestically and commercially to create a collection of Bio-Buttons; products that can be used instead of plastic buttons. A collection to create awareness of global food waste and the impact it has on the environment.
