London Design Biennale Summit

The third London Design Biennale Summit took place at Chatham House, the Royal Institute of International Affairs on 18 March 2024.

During the sessions, the audience got an insight into the theme of the fifth edition of the Biennale, ‘Surface Reflections’, with a keynote from Dr Samuel Ross, Artistic Director for London Design Biennale 2025.

Speakers included Sinéad Burke, Yi Ng, Gus Casely-Hayford, Dorothy Chou, Dr Guan Lee, Charlene Prempeh, Natsai Audrey Chieza, Annie Warburton and many more. The Summit spotlighted the moment we are living in and panels discussed the major societal and environmental transitions and transformations anticipated in the coming decades. Together, they reflect on the role of design, designers and design thinking to enact change.
